Currently, our wine selection focuses on natural wines from Japan, and we also take pride in serving standard,classic okonomiyaki recipes passed down from our parents.

Our Osaka-style okonomiyaki restaurant has been a cherished part of the local community since 1965. My sister and I proudly continue this three-generation tradition, honoring our family recipe while bringing a modern touch with natural wines and vibrant spices.

At Pasania, we focus on natural wines—mainly those produced sustainably, with a particular emphasis on Japanese natural wines that showcase the pure flavors of the grapes. These wines reflect the natural ecosystem, including people and microorganisms, at every stage of their growth. We hope you will enjoy discovering the unique stories of the producers, the grapes, and the land in each glass.

I am endlessly fascinated by how food cultures move and evolve across the globe. Every dish tells a story of history, adaptation, and creativity, expanding our tastes and deepening our appreciation of different cuisines. It’s like a beautiful, ever-changing culinary mosaic.

Working in the restaurant ignited my passion for exploring the connections between food and culture. I am particularly intrigued by the sense of smell and how it profoundly influences our perception of flavor. The complex interaction between aroma and taste makes food experiences richer and more memorable.

I also strongly believe that the future of food lies in ethical practices—sustainable sourcing, responsible agriculture, and respecting culinary heritage are key elements for a truly rewarding food culture.
