中之島の小さな、ご予約制のレストランです。日本のナチュラルワインを主役に、南インドのスパイス料理と大阪のお好み焼きを、一皿ずつ、急がない一夜としてお楽しみいただけます。
ご予約のタイミングによって、ご用意するお料理が異なります。
「前日までのご予約」または「本日のご予約」から、お選びください。

● 1〜4名さまで承ります。 小さな店で、一組ずつ丁寧に向き合いたく、この人数でお願いしています。
● 日本ワインを主役に、お料理と楽しむ一夜です。 ご一緒の皆さまで、そんなひとときを楽しみにお越しください。
● お食事は「スパイスセット」¥3,800／人（税込・前菜＋煮込み2種）から。 パセミヤの料理とワインの考え方を、最初に感じていただくひと皿です。お好み焼き等は、その後ご注文いただけます。
● フォームの送信は「予約リクエスト」です。 この時点ではまだ予約は確定していません。当店からの確認メールをもって、ご予約確定となります。

スパイスセットについて
前日までにご予約いただくお食事は、お一人「スパイスセット」¥3,800（税込・前菜と2種の煮込み料理）から始まります。パセミヤの料理とワインの考え方を、最初に感じていただくひと皿です。お好み焼き・焼きそば・焼きうどん、お飲み物はその後メニューよりご注文いただけます（スパイスセットの料金には含まれません）。
スパイスセットをご希望でない場合——日本ワインと、お好み焼き・焼きそば・焼きうどんをお楽しみになりたいときは、本日のご予約・空席確認ページからお問い合わせください。オンライン受付は18:00まで、18:00以降はお電話（06-6225-7464）で承ります。

ご予約方法
- 前日まで：このページ下部の予約フォームから承ります。
- 本日：本日のご予約・空席確認ページから18:00までオンラインで承ります。18:00以降はお電話（06-6225-7464）でお問い合わせください。
- 1グループ4名様まで。
- ご来店されるお客様ご本人のお名前でご予約ください。行き違いを防ぐため、代理・重複でのお申し込みはご遠慮いただいています。
- お子様とご一緒の場合は、お席やお料理の準備について確認したいことがございますので、可能な限りお電話でのご予約をお願いいたします。
- 海外からのお客様など、お電話でのご連絡が難しい場合は、予約フォームの「ご連絡事項・アレルギー / Notes & Allergies」欄に、大人の人数・お子様の人数と年齢・お子様のお食事の有無をご記入ください。
ご来店にあたって
- お時間：遅れそうなときは、お早めにご一報ください。ご連絡なく30分以上過ぎた場合は、キャンセルとさせていただきます。
- アレルギー：ございましたらご予約時にメッセージ欄かお電話でお知らせください。小さな厨房のため完全な分離はできかねます。内容により安全のためお受けできない場合があります。
- 香りについて：日本ワインの繊細な香りを大切にしたいので、強い香水・整髪料・柔軟剤などはお控えいただけますと幸いです。
- 禁煙：店内およびビル内は全面禁煙です（電子タバコ・加熱式を含みます）。
ご変更・キャンセル
- ご予約確認メールへのご返信でお知らせください。
- 当日・直前などお急ぎの場合はお電話（06-6225-7464）にて。
- SNSのDMでは確認が遅れるため、ご変更・キャンセルにはご利用いただけません。
前日までのご予約後の流れ
- フォーム送信後、自動返信メールが届きます（この時点ではまだ確定ではありません）。
- 当店で空席を確認し、予約の確定または満席等のご連絡をメールでお送りします（通常3日以内）。
- メールが届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダのご確認と、@pasania.online・@pasania.osaka の受信許可をお願いします。
Pasania is a small reservation-only restaurant in Nakanoshima, Osaka, with Japanese natural wine at the heart of the experience, alongside South Indian-inspired spice dishes and Osaka okonomiyaki.
What we can prepare depends on when you make your reservation.

Dining begins with our Spice Set, ¥3,800 per person (incl. tax; appetizer and two stewed dishes).
Okonomiyaki, yakisoba, yaki udon and drinks can be ordered afterward from the menu.
Advance reservations are accepted from the day before up to two months ahead.

● For parties of 1–4 guests. In our small room, we like to give each party our full attention, so we keep groups this size.
● An evening built around Japanese wine, enjoyed with the food. We hope you and your party will come looking forward to that.
● Dining begins with the Spice Set, ¥3,800/person (incl. tax; appetizer and two stewed dishes). It is the first taste of how we think about food and wine. Okonomiyaki and other dishes can be ordered afterward.
● Submitting the form sends a reservation request, not a confirmed booking. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation email.

About the Spice Set
For advance reservations, your meal begins with the Spice Set, ¥3,800 per person (incl. tax; appetizer and two stewed dishes). It is the first taste of how we think about food and wine. Okonomiyaki, yakisoba, yaki udon and drinks can be ordered afterward from the menu and are not included in the Spice Set price.
If you would rather dine without the Spice Set and enjoy Japanese wine with okonomiyaki, yakisoba or yaki udon, please use our same-day reservation page. Online same-day requests are accepted until 6:00 PM; after 6:00 PM, please call us at +81-6-6225-7464.

How to Reserve
- Advance reservations: use the reservation form at the bottom of this page through the day before your visit.
- Same-day reservations: use our same-day reservation page until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, please call +81-6-6225-7464.
- Up to 4 guests per group.
- Please book under the name of someone who will actually be dining. To avoid mix-ups, we kindly ask you not to book on another person’s behalf or send duplicate requests.
- If your party includes children, we may need to confirm seating and meal arrangements in advance. Whenever possible, please contact us by phone.
- If calling is difficult, especially for guests from overseas, please use the “Notes & Allergies” field to tell us the number of adults, the number and ages of children, and whether meals are needed for them.
Before Your Visit
- Timing: if you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, we may treat the reservation as cancelled.
- Allergies: please tell us in the message field or by phone when booking. As we cook in a small kitchen, we cannot fully separate ingredients; depending on the allergy, we may be unable to accept the booking for safety.
- Fragrance: to protect the delicate aromas of the wine, we kindly ask you to refrain from strong perfume, hair products or fabric softeners.
- Non-smoking: the restaurant and the entire building are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco.
Changes & Cancellations
- Please reply to your reservation confirmation email.
- For same-day or last-minute changes, please call +81-6-6225-7464.
- We cannot accept changes or cancellations via social media DMs, as they may not reach us in time.
After an Advance Reservation Request
- You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email. This is not yet a confirmation.
- We will check availability and email you to confirm, or let you know if we are fully booked, usually within 3 days.
- If our email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and allow emails from @pasania.online and @pasania.osaka.
