パセミヤは、日本のナチュラルなアプローチで造られたワインを中心に、ワインの個性豊かな風味に寄り添うスパイス料理，両親から受け継いだ素材の味を生かしたお好み焼きをご提供し、食の新たな発見をお届けするお店です。

皆様に心地よい時間をお過ごしいただくため、以下の通りご案内いたします。ご来店の際は、必ず内容をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

■ ご予約について
当店は**【完全予約制】**です。ご予約なしでのご来店は対応いたしかねますので、必ず事前にご予約の上、お越しください。

１．先の日のご予約（スパイスセットをご希望のお客様）
前日までのご予約、またはそれより先の日程のご予約は、「スパイスセット」をご希望の方のみお受けしております。

スパイスセット：お一人様 3,800円

内容：スパイスを使った前菜盛り合わせ、煮込み2種

スパイスセットをお召し上がりいただいた後、別途お好み焼き、焼きそば、焼きうどん等をご注文いただけます。

２．当日のご予約（お食事のみをご希望のお客様）
ワインとお好み焼き、焼きそば、焼うどんのみをご希望の場合は、当日にお電話にてご予約を承ります。

アラカルトメニューのご用意はございません。

■ ご予約・ご来店時のお願い
予約人数：ご予約は1グループ4名様までとさせていただきます。

予約の確定：ご来店の日時、人数が確定してからご予約ください。仮のご予約はお受けしておりません。また、ご予約はご来店される方のお名前でお願いいたします。

お子様連れ：お酒を中心に提供するお店のため、お子様連れをご希望の場合は、必ずご予約時にお電話にてご相談ください。

アレルギー等：苦手な食材やアレルギーがございましたら、ご予約の際にお知らせいただくとスムーズです。

禁煙：店内・ビル内はすべて禁煙です。

香りについて：ワインの繊細な香りをお楽しみいただくため、香りの強い香水・化粧品・整髪料・デオドラント・柔軟剤などのご使用はお控えください。香りが強いと判断した場合は、ご入店をお断りすることがございます。

予約の変更：日時や人数の変更は、必ずお電話にて事前にご相談ください。予約状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます。

キャンセル：

やむを得ずキャンセルされる場合は、お早めにご連絡いただけますと幸いです。

ご連絡なくご予約時間を30分過ぎますと、自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。

At Pasania, we invite you on a journey of culinary discovery. Our focus is on Japanese wines crafted with a natural approach, perfectly complemented by our unique spice dishes. We also proudly serve okonomiyaki made from a family recipe, designed to highlight the natural flavors of its ingredients.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review the following information before your visit.

■ Reservations

We are a reservation-only establishment. Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests without a prior booking.

1. Advance Reservations (for guests wishing to have the Spice Set) Reservations made by the previous day, or for dates further in the future, are for guests who would like to enjoy our special “Spice Set.”

  • Spice Set: ¥3,800 per person

    • Includes: An assortment of spiced appetizers and two kinds of stewed dishes.

    • After the Spice Set, you are welcome to order our okonomiyaki, yakisoba, or yakiudon separately.

2. Same-Day Reservations (for guests wishing for main dishes only) If you would like to enjoy only our wine with okonomiyaki, yakisoba, or yakiudon, please call us on the day of your desired visit to make a reservation.

  • Please note that no other à la carte menu items are available for same-day bookings.

    • We may be unable to answer the phone during service hours. We would appreciate it if you could call between 15:00 and 17:00 (3 PM – 5 PM JST).

  • Party Size: We can accommodate groups of up to four people.

  • Confirmed Bookings: We only accept reservations with a confirmed date, time, and number of guests. Please make the reservation under the name of a guest who will be attending. We do not accept tentative bookings.

  • Guests with Children: As we are a wine-focused establishment, please be sure to inquire by phone when booking if you plan to bring children.

  • Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have when making your reservation.

  • No Smoking: Our entire establishment, including the building, is non-smoking.

  • Regarding Fragrances: To ensure that all guests can enjoy the delicate aroma of our wines, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing strong perfumes, cosmetics, hair products, deodorants, or fabric softeners. We may have to decline entry to guests wearing strong scents.

  • Changes to Your Reservation: If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please contact us by phone in advance. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on other bookings.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you need to cancel, we would appreciate it if you could let us know as early as possible.

    • If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your booking will be automatically canceled.
