パセミヤ今日はゆっくりな営業なので「あのメニュー」の試作をしようかと。やっとこの時期になりました。たらの芽、こごみ、ふきのとうです。洋食焼きをこれとイマフンでしてみようかと…。昨年Tirpseの大橋さんに声をかけて頂いて参加した尾道で開催されたダイニングアウトで作ったのは出汁から全く違うのでさすがに再現出来ませんが別バージョンで楽しんで貰えそうなのは出来るのではと。上手く出来たら良いのですが…
