イタリアのガストロノミーマガジン Versanti の日本特集「Giappone 酌む」にパセミヤも掲載いただきました。

よくある観光ガイドではなく、日本の食文化に丁寧に向き合った本で、余市のドメーヌ・タカヒコやドメーヌ・モン、アルフィオーレ、ココファーム、テッタ、飲食店だといつか行ってみたい金沢の酒屋彌三郎さんや札幌の抽斗さんなどとともに取り上げていただきました!

最近は海外の方も2回目や3回目のご来店の方が出てきているのですが、今回は2度目ましてで来てくれてニコニコしながら見せたいものがあると直接本を手渡してくれました!

海外の場合、掲載前の校正が無いこともあるので、載っても知らなかったりすることがあるのですがこういうお知らせは嬉しいもので。

いつかピエモンテにも来てねと言ってもらえたし、また行きたいところが増えました。

We’re honored that Pasania was featured in “Giappone 酌む,” the Japan special issue of the Italian gastronomy magazine Versanti.

Rather than your usual tourist guide, it’s a book that engages carefully and thoughtfully with Japanese food culture. We were featured alongside the likes of Domaine Takahiko and Domaine Mont in Yoichi, Alfiore, Coco Farm, and Tetta — as well as places we’ve long hoped to visit ourselves, such as the Yasaburo in Kanazawa and Hikidashi in Sapporo.

Lately we’ve started to see overseas guests returning for a second or third visit. This time, someone came to see us for the second time and, with a big smile, handed the book to us in person, saying there was something they wanted to show us.

With overseas publications, we’re not always contacted beforehand or shown the draft before it goes to print, so there are times we end up featured without even knowing. Which is just why a note like this is such a happy thing for us to receive.

They told us to come to Piedmont someday, too — so the list of places we’d love to visit just keeps growing.
